Michelle & home health aides she staffed to care 4 my wife were truly the best care that my now late wife had. The state of MA did not want me to take my wife home. The suggestion was to put her a home. Married 55 years and never apart. That just was not a option for me. Michelle worked with the facility & the state of mass. So my honey could come home to me & stay home with me. To spend unfortunately what became our last year together. I still miss her dearly. Michelle still calls to this day to see how I am. However if it was not for Michelle and her advocacy. I no that the last year would of never happened in our home. She helped me also acquire additional insurance, to help pay for home care services. Which every other agency I had spoken to prior did not even mention to do so. In the beginning also Michelle took my word that I would compensate her for her time , when I could. So essentially she was working for free a good amount of time. My late wife was to have 12 hours a day with a in home aide. in the beginning. I had no idea how I was going to get my Sweety home. Seemed impossible until I met Michelle. I truly want to thank her and the staff 4 the care they provided. She went above and beyond. My son & I were actually passing her home care services onto a family friend. When he said “dad u can leave a nice comment if u like” -thankfully he offered 2 type the comment 4 me! Again thank to Michelle & her staff

Friendly and kind staff ,, Michelle really truly cares for her clients. She felt and still feels like part of the family @ times. Advocating she does , is priceless itself. Most agencies do not offer a voice to the elderly

I happen to find Michelle from an acquaintance. Unlike other agencies she is fairly small. My family and I actually learned to like her smaller , more organized agency better than 1 of the larger ones. I no and when mom and dads home care needs account starts and ends. She is extremely pushy with insurance companies and I mean that in a good way. I ended up getting additional care for my parents because she new what to say & ask for. There is a lot a facility will not tell you. I feel some not all wanted to simple keep my parents for the $. However they both were very hard workers & Harvard was willing to give 2 hours a day. That was hour for each parent. They do have Medicaid D however answer on how I was going to pay to keep them home both of them I got every reason on why they did not cover this and no u can not do that. Then someone said to me “ u really want your mom and dad home ? Home health care agency , Michelle will be who you will be working with and speaking too. I never imagined that small agency would get my mom and dad home. Larger ones I used in the past simply would accept whatever the insurance company was willing to cover. Not Michelle , she just wouldn’t give until the hours needed were for the most part covered by insurance. So if you feel like you are not being heard. I would say she will listen and get needs met. My mom , dad & family adore her and her staff. Highly recommended
